A quick tutorial on using the MegaFiers displace modifier for Unity 3D. This allows a mesh to be deformed by a texture, the user can select which channel of the texture to use to displace the mesh as well as the amount, a uv offset and scale and a decay value for a falloff of the effect across the mesh.
