Damage to the nerves controlling the sphincter muscles may render the muscles unable to work effectively. If the sensory nerves are damaged, detection of stool in the rectum is disabled, and one will not feel the need to defecate until too late. Examples of some abnormalities are decreased perception of rectal sensation, decreased anal canal pressures, decreased squeeze pressure of the anal canal, impaired anal sensation, a dropping down of the rectum (rectal prolapse), protrusion of the rectum through the vagina (rectocele), and generalized weakness and sagging of the pelvic floor.

Been doing some more work on MegaFiers and have just submitted a new version to the asset store that sees some new features added. The system now has helper windows to make adding components and modifiers easier if you are using a lot of them. I have also added a new Squeeze modifier and bundled in the poster size screen grabber MegaGrab, but the main new feature is the spline triangulator so you can now turn your spline shapes into meshes and extrude them to make game objects. This system is going to be greatly extended to give some nice options for some cool mesh creations either procedurally or in the Unity Editor especially for 2D or 2.5D games.
